Each Fancy Scrolls Heirloom Bottle Stopper is made individually with all glass in the flame of the torch. The detail work is achieved by getting the rod of glass hot and using tweezers to pull out thinner “stringers” of glass to draw the designs, in glass. People see them and often think the designs are painted on – but there’s no paint here. All glass. Love this design but want custom colors? Reach out to me, let’s make that happen!
Additionally this stopper has a footed base that will keep it standing when not in use, because you are not likely to want to put it in a drawer. It’s gorgeous when the light hits it on a window-sill.
Comes packaged in a pretty organza bag with an informational card about the quality of these gorgeous stoppers.
