Each Swirling Vine Heirloom Bottle Stopper is made individually with all glass in the flame of the torch. The vine of petals that encircles the stopper top ends with a swirl of glass and is achieved by getting the rod of glass soupy hot after placing glass dots around the base, to manupulate the glass creating the petal shapes and the swirl. People see them and often think the designs are painted on – but there’s no paint here. All glass. Love this design but want custom colors? Reach out to me, let’s make that happen!
Additionally this stopper has a footed base that will keep it standing when not in use, because you are not likely to want to put it in a drawer. It’s gorgeous when the light hits it on a window-sill.
